We have technical and administrative personnel, which is highly qualified in order to provide uninterrupted service. Our call-centre is active 24 hours every day of the year. It is available for all clients in order to identify automatically and immediately the geographical location of any incident. An expedient is generated with the technical data of the installation that sends the help signal. Thus, one of our available technical staff is assigned to solve the incident.

4) Monitoring service of the bidirectional car system:

Ascensores Excelsior has developed and implemented new technologies for monitoring the status of the communication lines with the elevator cars, it is done thanks to modern bidirectional equipment of our own making.

These equipments are programmed according to the current regulations of the Ministry of Industry (EN 81-1:1998 and EN 81-2:1998) with the objective of establishing communication with our elevators. The elevator calls automatically every three days in order to inform our call centre about the telephone line status.

In that way, our call-centre maintains constant communication with the elevator cabin.

5) Periodic preventive inspections

The department of inspections plans the processing of records of installations for the regulatory periodic inspections. Ascensores Excelsior ensures the customer orientation about such activity, comprehending all the detailed information about works and processes with the goal of maintaining your elevator under the correct regulations of operation.
